Regional flights that beat the drive
We fly a fast, modern aircraft with room for three passengers, based at Lakewood. For trips of about an hour across the Northeast, that beats the drive that eats a day, the connection through a hub, and the ferry line in July.
On Demand Air, LLC is an FAA-certificated Part 135 air carrier, Certificate No. 11OA100M. All charter flights are operated under our own certificate. Why that matters

Flying times are estimates. Share your dates, preferred departure time, and return plans for a personal quote.
When we are the right choice
- One to three people, up to a few hundred miles. A couple to Nantucket, two golfers to the Vineyard, a consultant to Providence and back for dinner.
- Places airlines barely serve. The Northeast is full of small airports minutes from where you actually want to be. Block Island, Saranac Lake, Bar Harbor. Little or no airline service from the New York area, and runways no jet can use.
- Your schedule, not a timetable. Leave when you want. Come back when you want. Change your mind partway through the day.
When we are not
Four or more adults with real luggage. Trips much past 500 miles. Hard schedule commitments in serious winter weather. If a trip is not a fit for this aircraft, we will tell you, and we will point you somewhere that works when we can.

A quote for your trip
Your route, dates, departure time, and return plans shape your quote. Airport fees and any aircraft waiting or return arrangements are confirmed before you book.
Same day or staying over
Tell us how long you plan to stay. We will work through the flight arrangements and include them in your written quote.
Booking
A deposit holds the aircraft. The balance is due 48 hours before departure, by wire or ACH. Cancel more than 48 hours out and you get a full refund. Any flight we cancel, for weather or any other reason, is refunded in full. The rest of the details are in the FAQ.
